All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our shipping partner.

While we aim to ensure fast and efficient delivery, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier service, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once the parcel has been handed over to Aramex, it becomes the responsibility of the courier to complete delivery within their service timeframes.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
