Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws, eligible online purchases may qualify for a cooling-off period. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Products returned after the 30-day return period.
- Items returned without their original packaging or with missing parts.
- Personal-use wellness products that have been used, unless they are faulty or arrived damaged.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.
