Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In line with fair consumer practices in South Africa, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Cooling-Off Period (Online Orders)
In accordance with South African e-commerce standards, customers may return products within a reasonable period after delivery if the item is not used and is still in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Items without original packaging or missing parts
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
